quality finished wood product requires several steps before
it meets specifications. The most important step of all is
sanding!
Without proper sanding, your
mouldings will have:
- Poor coating adhesion
- Stain blemishes and imperfections
- Milling imperfections will show
Through the use of our state of the
art robotic profile sander, we are able to sand and sealer
sand most mouldings whether they are complicated or simple
by design. Our inline profile sander will cover up to 8 inches
in width and can perform 360 degree sanding of any desired
moulding. The finished product is superior to hand finished
in every way at greatly reduced cost! The combination usage
of sanding belts and polyurethane resin wheels allows us to
sand hardwoods and softwoods at high speeds and will not sacrifice
quality.
