We will help design your moulding and help you choose an appropriate species of wood to work with. We will then mill the material, sand, apply colour if necessary and finish the moulding with up to 4 coats of our extremely durable UV coating.

Through the addition of our profile sanding and ultraviolet moulding curing system, we are now able to supply a wider range of services and advantages to the customers that require exceptionally high quality and large volumes at quick turnaround.

Our technology allows us to finish any wood or wood compound moulding to your colour, size, shape and shine requirements. The high output of this system allows us to service high demand customers that require large production runs of a minimum of 5,000 lineal feet. Our output rate is over 50,000 lineal feet per shift per day. This allows us to export your finished mouldings only days after your original purchase.
